I’ve almost done 5/5 for all other quests, but 0/5 for this one. Is some zone progress or something needed before this quest starts showing up for you?

Showed up 3 or 4 times for me until now, yesterday was the wq up, but I also did every quest available in the zone.
It is a world quest like any other so I think there is no other requirement to it than unlocking wq.

Strangely, yesterday I had 2 world quests and none of them was in this zone
Do you click on the city of threads?
You can only see the WQ if you click on it and see the city map.

Oh, this could have been the reason…
Does one also need to be inside the zone itself in order to see it? Because when in Dornogal, you can’t see world PVP quests sometimes, you have to move out of the city first for them to appear on the map
This I didn’t test since I anyways fly around in all areas everyday but could be
