Does special loot drop for all classes?

Hello, i would like to know if items like The First Satyr’s Spaulders or Taeshalach drop for all characters, even it they cant use 2 h weapons, or cloth etc, since this warband change; eg. farming those shoulders on warrior, and the sword on warlock. I couldnt find any info regarading this.

Wrong forum.

On that note I got both the mythic scythe from Argus and Taeshalach on this character last reset so you can get it too.
