I created a ticket considering region change. I chose a category, followed all the steps in the guideline, provided all needed photos of documents. Yet i got automatic responce about Overwatch 2 wich i never played. Well i messaged back with photos attached again, no responce in 3 days. I made another ticket, wondering if support abbandoned the ticket, yet again no responce in 2 days.
If i open WoW it says average ticket responce time is 19 days 2 hours, how is this real?
Your basic question is: Does support ticket system work ?
The answer is: yes, it does.
The wait time is very long at the moment. Abandoning and re-opening tickets will not, somehow, magically move you to the front of the queue. You will need to be patient and wait. Nothing anyone says here can change that fundamental fact.
Whether it’s acceptable or not is a moot point, but that’s the reality of the situation at the moment.
Ok, understood. I was asking it to understand will i be able to get to support until Dragonflight, cause ive read cases when it could be constant loop of automatic responces with no GM connecting to the ticket.
In fact it does the exact opposite,
