Yes. I got it in the 2nd week after 6 total kills.
A friend had a really hard with the drop rate, stick with it!
Got it on week 3.
No sign of Moragh though 
I got it the 2nd week, did have 5 druids to farm it with though, friend of mine didn’t get it until 2 weeks ago, so don’t give up it will drop eventually.
Got it on the first kill with my druid alt. It is sadly RNG.
Don’t worry, it’s not bugged… just painful RNG. I did it each week and only got the drop in the last couple of months (Feb, I think).
