Wondering if this druid buff is noticeable at low level, or if it is a all talent points + gear thing at level 80 needed thing

In what sense ? Leveling ?
Was wondering if this thing that grants the “Free” attacks every 6 seconds is something you get at high level, or if it is something you have from low as well.
Now i dono what it is Ferals got, But i am wondering if it is something you also have low level or if you only get it at high level.
Or if the buff only affects shred, thus useless for leveling since you can’t backstab while soloing
Its the talent Omen of Clarity, in the Resto tree. You can get it around lvl…21 I think it was. Fairly early. Tho it does come at a bit of a cost when you lvl. You will get Maim a lot later, and quite a few of the big talents. But still, prob worth to go for that first now.
It is in restoration tree and while you can get it on lvl 21 allready, delaying your feral tree is a huge loss. The earliest you can get it without much harm to your feral build is lvl 62.
So the benefit of free casts is not good enough to “Harm” your feral build?
Take first talent from the feral tree “Ferocity” as an example. It makes you less energy/rage starved with each ability outweighting any benefit of free cast. Every buff of resto tree is meaningful only after you managed to get Mangle in feral tree. Unlike in dungeons and raids, most of the time while leveling you won’t be able to use hard hitting, but energy expensive Shred ability (that requires you to hit target into back), that you want to spend your free cast on and the strongest frontal is mangle that has optimal energy cost for basic rotation even without free cast.

Omen clarity isn’t smth you get low level because feral tree has too many important talents for leveling.
And yea like people said above you get omen clarity after 60 lvl which isn’t low level
