Do you guys think this is good enough for me to play on ultra? Or atleast high/medium with a stable FPS in raids and such?

You should be able to get settings to 5-7, but 10 isn’t gonna be possible; I wouldn’t hope for anything better than 1080p (resolution; 1920x1080), either.

The 1070 is fine for 1440P 60Hz.
His CPU will limit first i guess.

The CPU will limit with 1440p gameplay, but should be fine on 5-7 with 1080p. Depends on what generation i5 we’re on about here?

Could be anything from 2nd to 9th, according to ARK (Intel’s CPU/chipset spec. finder).

The resolution does not have any effect on the CPU, only the GPU.

Also an older I5 and not overclocked will not be able to prepare 60+ FPS all the time for the GPU to render (raids etc).
