I know that the drop rate is meant to be terrible, but I was lucky enough to get 2/3 during DF. However, I have not seen a single one drop during TWW, and note that the SL raids changed to legacy drops at that point.
Can someone please let me know if they’ve seen a drop recently? Just so that I know it’s only my luck that’s the problem.

I had to dig and piece together this info, so hopefully this quick comment helps someone. This can drop from LFR from the boss Lihuvim. You can enter the LFR version of the raid in Oribos at an NPC named Ta’elfar.

And the LFR wing you want to queue for is “Cornerstone of Creation”.
He will be the 3rd boss you fight and most of the trash you can just run right past at lvl 80. A run of the entire wing takes less than 5 minutes.

Edit: Lol… Literally my first kill on lfr it drops. Thank you SO much. Now only if you had a secret fix to the tormentors of torghast you would be a god that releases me from the SL prison.
