Vyra has about a 4 hour spawn time and has a 10% chance to spawn TLPD instead. Ive tound 4 so far ranging for 8 hours to a week to find.

You can buy it for 200k. Just pay some guy to camp all servers with his low level alts and he’ll inv you when he finds it. ‘Rare’ is a weird term these days.

It’s true, I got mine because I am low pop + war mode, didn’t stop me getting the endorphins rush though!
