Doing bg's with a lower level. Scaling is SUPER bad

Right… i wanted to do a bg with my lvl 60 buddy, im lvl 64… in my lvl 60 gear. But when entering the bg, it scales me all the way down to 174 ilvl!?

That’s legit lvl 55 gear. In a lvl 60 bg… where people have 280-300 ilvl. What the actual F… that has to be fixed. Who thought that was a good idea, lol?

I instantly left.
