Don't have "The Wolf's Offensive"

I’m a new player, and following guides to get to Nazjatar but I can’t find “The Wolf’s Offensive”. I’m at level 120 and have completed Uniting Kul Tiras. I’ve followed the support page and tried logging out and back in several times, but still don’t have the quest.

Am I missing something?

Have you done all the quests for Magni & gotten the Heart Forge opened?
