Don't increase BoS RP cost

It’s bad enough that the already heavily BoS dependant frost spec is having it’s only viable major DPS ability changed, I’d rather have any of the other abilities reworked to increase its potential.

The RE proc change is decent and the RP generation a step in the right direction. But increasing BoS RP cost will make the ability more punishing to movement and the need of casting other things during uptime. With its current cost, I sometimes manage to get a wraith walk in between to maintain its uptime. But with the new cost, we’ll run out of RP much more quickly if we can’t manage to land a oblit for whatever reason. Also not being able to cast a Rime’d HB feels like a big gimp.

Combined with our limited mobility we’ll end up in a lot of situations where our only heavy hitter just ‘falls of’, Think of fights like Opulence gauntlet, where you move from 1st room to the second with the boss, you’ll be out of range for a short time. I manage to keep BoS up here with WW but with the new state, it’ll expire.
Or Conclave, where the bosses switch between tanks. same situation. There are a lot of similar situations, without knowing what the new raid will bring.

Let’s just keep the RP cost the way it is. It will provide a few more ticks wich isn’t that much dps increase, but at least we won’t run the risk of it falling of due to movement, or old habits of casting HB in between.

I’d like to see some changes to Obliteration, Obliterate and Frost Strike in pvp aswell. Death Strike is also a wee bit too powerful for Frost.

It was changed again, now taking 16 RP/sec, but gives you two runes at the start and the end of cast.
