But will there be or will you add 1 v 1 Arenas to Wotlk … if would make for a far more accessible to new players permutation of possibility.

Wow isn’t 1v1 balanced. As the matter of fact it is not balanced at all)
Actually from what I have seen wotlk got a better 1vs1 balance than any expansion after it. I remember curse3:duel video from a mutilate rogue perspective, where he could duel players of any class on a decent level and still winning wasnt a given for anyone. However, having seen rated 1v1 arena on private servers its often players running around the pillar for 45min, which is arguably not the best way to invest your time.
