The 2 handed Enhance shaman was a staple of classic wow. Please don’t only focus on making Dual Wield viable for enhancement.
I am beyond disapointed that that seems to be the direction you are going.
it would have been the perfect opportunity to change it up and not go the same direction as in Burning Crusade.
It does not take much to make 2h enhancement good.
Please don’t forget about us.
Me, I’m gonna try Shaman tanking.
2 new identities, Tank and Dual Wield plus a 2H talent option but players still not happy.
Dual wield is not a new identity. its just the same crap as in Burning Crusade.
If they do nothing, 2h will be lost as an identity.
Adding new things and ignoring a playstyle that always was in classic wow is not worth it. i’D rather loose everything else to be able to play a proper 2h Enhancement shaman.
If you don’t like it don’t play Shaman in SoD.
Hilarious
Why would you guys on here be so toxic?
How would it hurt you if blizzard released some runes to buff 2h enhance?
In an interview Blizzard said that they would like feedback on if ppl are interested in 2h shamans.
Its fine if you don’t want to play it, but why do you have to put down ppl who want it.
I think your comments on Shamans was toxic.
Nope, but you didn’t say that.
It’s called a discussion, we don’t have to accept your opinion as the only right one.
That’s one problem with the world today, someone says something that’s not nice, they get called out on it and become “offended” by the reply.
One more thing, that’s called masking swearing and is not allowed on the forums.
How was i toxic? i only said that i don’t want to loose the 2h enhance spec?
Yeah telling me to not play shaman in sod is great input to this discussion /s
If you don’t like how it’s going to be then it’s valid to say that.
Telling others not to post if they disagree with you for one.
That seems to be a standard in WoW forums and social media in general, they want confirmation not other opinions.
Well SoD is not even released, thats why i still have some hope that things may change.
I just don’t think thats a helpfull comment.
I never said that. I would love if there was a single productive response thats actually on topic in this thread. Doesn’t matter if it’s against or for my point.
It’s only snarky comments on here.
Whilst I’d like a 2h option for shamans… You guys are really acting like 2h Enhance was a bigger thing in Classic than it actually was. It wasn’t a ‘staple’ of Classic, it was a meme.
Classic proved that Vanilla enha DPS was always a meme. Some people try harded the hell out of it just to try and make it a viable option and the result was… They were still crap.
2h enha shaman is cool and I think it should be supported in SoD AND retail tbh. When I’m ele I always mog my staff to an axe.
Dude is raging that his style of enhancement doesnt look like a meta-crusher…
Nothing is stopping him from playing 2h the same as the old pvp movies with 2h shamans.
Dude is just upset that stronger alternatives appeared and he is too weak to resist the pressure to play the most optimized dps spec.
i am not worried because me excited for shaman tank machines
My way of thinking is that they have done it this way for now because we dont get WF untill the next season.
Once the level cap raises and we get to learn WF im joping theh release some runes associated with 2H
This makes no sense since we have druids with WF.
This.
I feel like people are tunnelvisioning on phase 1 and forgetting we get atleast one more batch of runes, possibly 2 or 3.
With ALOT of spec altering additions.
Besides the 2h shaman clique, I feel like shadowpriests are the ones most “affected” by the current batch of runes.
“Affected” because they are upset their (lategame build) is not coming online in phase 1.
Phase 2 is when they can get shadowform.
With more talents and higher stats I 'm expecting our runes to get nerfed pretty much.
Not all players will be happy but I guess it happens during Phase 2.
