Our raid ID is broken. They have done character transfers for all of us, basically.
And our previous raid night wasn’t possible due to the merge itself.

There are less toxic ways to say you dislike someone. Disgust is a pretty harsh word as Heavenseeker said.

While I don’t completely agree, I think that will never be possible on this subject, so I’m gonna take the positive that like you said, connecting many low pop realms doesn’t fix things, and that’s indeed the majority of what they did in the 2013-2014 connections, as everyone can see, following those connections here we are again.
They have visibly been more aggressive in this year’s connection round, even in america, which was a lot less aggressive than europe back in 2013-2014.
On this respect, burning legion is certainly big enough to help al’akir much more than example dragonblight would’ve done, although that help will only really be AH wise, cause a fully polish realm is not exactly accessible for an english speaking smaller server.
I’m not sure if this particular realm won’t be connected again, if they do so it will help the english % to recruit some more, as it could bring the ratio to who knows, 25-30% english and 70-75% polish, would still be better than al’akir, but atm it’s really really hard to know what kind of activity blizzard aims for.
Case in point, this one connection has a net result of about 154 guilds, but they also connected lordaeron to blackmoore (the first was as small as al’akir, or a little bigger, the 2nd being full), resulting in 350 guilds or so, all another population level, and then again, not sure if many have seen the uproar in the US forums here, but they connected proudmoore and hyjal, which in the US are full and high respectively, it’s probably done to balance factions since they’re both one sided realms, but it’s such a big connection it could result in queues in shadowlands, and certainly isn’t targeted at any low pop realm (I hope at least that realms marked as full or high won’t be twisted to the point they get called low pops, they have hundreds of guilds each!).

Trelw believes more connections will be made and that should bolster various realm connections with more English speakers. 
Theres been no mention of that anywhere from blizz though. I really wish they’d communicate their plans with us. Maybe people would be less at each others throats too.

They just seem to be announcing on a need to know basis atm. In batches they are doing.
Most of those likes were done by same poster on multi alts .Likes mean nothing .

It is a very educated guess. I would trust his judgement. Especially over the armchair experts in the discussion

Difference is Trelw is very well known and long standing part of the forums some of the others here being very rude i have to add are just new or hideing behind multi alts and parroting each others views i think you are being very unjust to her .
Also there is another batch up already for next reset and plenty of servers still needing it .
