My server has a wild mix of people from all over Europe and we all choose to speak English lang. because it’s damn 21 century. Game is full of people who want to make their server only one language not because they can’t speak English but because they are just stubborn and refuse to use common sense.
I personally know many people who can speak English really well and they flat out refuse to use it in-game and go to those servers where people claim that given server is their “country server” lol
@Esploratore: I have some of my posts saved, so if you did not have time to read my replies / need further clarification on my thoughts, please ask (again).
The thread was probably deleted or maybe just hidden because in Blizzard’s eyes the idea of making a given server a one country exclusive is just a pointless endeavor because we have guilds that can serve as one language environment.
Basically, there is no point to argue about the given server being one language-specific because all servers should be international and if people want to speak just in their own language they can make a guild.
Which is why the data Blizzard themselves have is going to be far more useful (and accurate). They didn’t put all the realm names into a hat and pull them out to decide connections. They are informed carefully planned choices.
When ? In a few months ? In years ? How does that help their situation NOW ?

Bahahahaha carefully planned choices , yeah you can see that with the BL merge that it was really thought out
@Thimli: Based on what I read in the US thread Esploratore mentioned about US already getting a “second round” connection, I would say next two to four weeks.
you wouldn’t be kind enough to link the thread would you? i’ve just spent 10 minutes reading through one on the us forums and i’m not even sure it’s the right one
