The AH does not send out the gold for your sold items.
I have lost 100-150k and all the time I thought it was just my bad memory. This is an utter, and complete garbage. This is insane. I can’t believe this is a paid service.
are you sure it isn’t just requiring a /reload? or a 1 hour wait like normal

Yes there is an issue with sold auctions/items/gold not being delivered to the right parties.

Any commerce system within a game has to go through an internal database, therefore, there will be logs. Lots and lots of logs.
The fix and/or distribution of monies/items owed will happen, but nobody knows exactly WHEN.

Unfortunately not @Siffrah. This has been ongoing for several days and seems to be slowly getting worse. I’d been selling stuff and receiving monies right up until this afternoon, then the monies just stopped. I’m currently about 1.5k out of pocket, but I’m still putting stuff in the AH. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the MAIL system that’s having a fit, rather than just the AH, to be honest, as I’ve heard that players have had items go missing in the mail between characters on the same realm. No AH involved. So it might even be a ‘domino effect’ of sorts instead.
I just logged on to see 50k worth of Auctions missing from the AH !!! And on top of that no gold in my mailbox? WTF !?? Any news ?

Ah dam i sold alot of stuff on auction but i got no gold rip lol, i hope i can get the gold back becouse it was quite abit.
I think this might be the case more too. Have been getting “internal mail database error” since yesterday when emptying my mail.
I wouldn’t even know if I lost anything or not as I leave auction house during the day and come back many hours later to see, such a habit I pay no real heed to items I’m posting, just litterally near passive income posting lol.
Yep, happening with me too, opened ticket about it. To me it seems that items are being delivered, just gold from sales are not being delivered. So if you have items missing, that means they were sold, just gold was not delivered to you 
Atleast that is what it looks to me.
Is there a way to see if I’m missing any gold through TSM? I’ve sold so much stuff I can’t tell if I got the gold or not.
I don’t know enough about how TSM works to know if it holds any kind of logs. if it logs money taken from the mail, then I would imagine there is a record somewhere, but very much doubt it would have the ability to scan the WoW server to see if you had any monies owed.
Situation makes me realise how helpful it would be to have a page with purchase and sales history!
I think our gold is lost forever guys, just remove all ur auctions and w8 for a fix.
I lost more golds because of the noobs who think that undercutting a price for the anchor weed for 10g is a really good idea. Why on earth people sell anchor weed for 50g when other people sell it for 60g…And then other noobs go in and they see 10x anchor weeds for 50g and then they put 1000+ anchor weeds for that price. Then another noob comes in and think “selling anchor weed for 40g will be good”…
That’s why I was asking about TSM. It has a built in Ledger of all purchases and sales. Not just from when you collect them from the mailbox but when they actually sell on the auction house, so I think I should be able to prove if anything is missing.
Even if you just want to use the normal AH for posting and cancelling, TSM is pretty useful for the ledger alone.

Sometimes people do because they stockpiled cheap resources or it’s to get a quick sale or push people out the market. You have to have paitence when using the auction house for maximum gains.
Especially with the new system, they only lose themselves gold as the next seller to walk along will take the sale regardless, unless they are posting to waste their time.
Cos everyone wants easy money and fast.

I will definently consider this in the near future. Main reason I avoided tsm in the past was because it had so many modules and bloat compared to Auctionator, Auctionator was great for it’s simplstic and seamless integration and being very fast to use overall.
I tried TSM and auctioneer in cataclysm, spent more time reading all the information about sales and market prices and all that jazz it throws my way 
I avoided TSM for years and years but eventually just sat myself down in front of a big video and figured it out. To be fair the new AH is a massive improvement and TSM is no longer required at all for most listings. But it is good for the ledger, prices and sell rates on item tooltips etc.

GM just responded to my ticket .
They advised me they are aware of this issue and its the mails getting a slow rate atm so they should arrive at some point. Also advised me to report is a bug ingame too.
