I used [Personal Time Displacer] today to get to alternative future since chromie is not up. Chromie is in that alternative future realm but you can’t talk with her to get back to normal timeline to craft vault key needed for quest Be Kind, Rewind. Using [Personal Time Displacer] again doesn’t take you back to normal timeline. I’ve just wasted that item trying to get back. Probably the only way to get back is to hearthstone/get ported by peeps.
When you use Personal time Displacer you get buff that keeps you in the alternate timeline. You can click this buff to get out of the timeline. You have to use the item again if you want to get back to the future.
