Doom - Why it is nerfed

Doom damage with the all talents in my gear hits the dummy for ~280k
but in PvP average hit is ~65k blizz what the hell? Doom in PvP deals four times less damage.
Ok. In pvp tooltip states that it would deal 120k damage, but it still roughly two times less than it should do.
It is an end talent, it requires Demon core proc to be applied while demon core procs has been reduced in TWW, and it requires demon core consumption to reduce the remaining duration of the spell. It is one of the last talents that has a gimmick mechanic to deal damage, it should deal far more damage than it does right now in PvP.

And since we touched the duration of the spell. Why haste doesn’t reduce the main duration of the spell?
Like Haste reduces the duration or adds additional ticks to all other DoTs in the game, and Doom just ignores that entirely?

I just did a test on dummy and against players, if the Doom on dummy does very high damage (more than 700k), on players the damage is very low… crit for 130k.

I don’t understand if it was like this before or if a bug or even a stealth nerf has taken over (which would really mean asking for the money back for the subscription and for TWW in general)

PvP tooltip drops the numbers to 120k ish damage.
But in PvP I deal ~60k damage on average, this is two times less than it should be.

In any case, I didn’t remember it doing so little damage in PvP.
