If you are below level 60 and wondering why you can’t see other players going for the World Boss, you must reset Chromie time to present, otherwise you will be phased.

Was puzzled for a while earlier today on my priest why no one was going for the doomwalker. Eventually realized it was due to Legion Chromie time.
