As DH-s are special snowflakes I would love to know IF we are going to be able to
a., Get the set itself (as former BE-s)
b., Mog in to the set if we get it on DH or any other BE

on ptr u can do the quest as dh
As far as I am aware, the general rule for Dwarf and Blood Elf heritage armour is:
Character must be 120. Character must be exalted with Silvermoon/Ironforge. Character must be Blood elf/Dwarf.
Granted, on the PTR they may have removed those restrictions to make it easier to test for. Though if they were to make it 'must be levelled up from level 1' that would suck. Can they track the use of a boost from previous expansions? This character got a level 90 boost during WoD, would that exempt me from doing heritage armour for Night Elf if it ever comes around?
That said, I would say it's safe to assume you simply need to be a 120 Blood Elf that is Exalted with Silvermoon.

it's a race specific set, you're not suddenly not a Belf just because you're a DH.
Still need to be 120 tho and exalted tho.
