DOTI: Lockout - not able to m+ keys

I recently did the DOTI dungeon on m0 with a group of friends. We are all retuning players, so we are not familiar with how the mythic+ system works on the DOTI dungeons.
We ended up getting 2x m+ keys for the DOTI, but for some reason we are not able to reset the dungeon. And whenever we enter, we are teleported to end of the dungeon to “Crossroads of Fate” - all mobs and bosses defeated and no way to insert our key.

So here we are with 2x keys for this dungeon and no idea how to activate them.

We had no issue running the other dungeons on m+ multiple times.

It’s quote annoying. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is that the key holder must run back to the gauntlet (right after the stairs after Infinite Tyr. You will find the keystone slot there.

The other players don’t need to run back with the key holder, as long as they are all in the same dungeon.
