Double Legendary power on alts

Hi

please, when i unlock second legendary power on my main do I need to farm rep also on my alts to gain second legendary or it is account wide ?

thanks for answers

The belt is from a quest that requires no rep.

And if you mean the power that can be learned and used on any piece? Should be account wide like other legendary powers.
