I didn’t have problem with unlocking Part 1, although it was bit painful, but my F GOD, still halfway through Part 2 and all my game time, all the fun I wanna achieve goes towards grinding on Nazjatar and Mechagon. They need to boost rep at least 40-50%, even anniversary event and contract isn’t enough. Doing same quests everyday is unbelivable stupid, I’m feeling like I’m in middle school and I need to learn a text over and over, this kills the fun. Delivering trashy unfinished content with ugly terrain where you can’t be AFK without packs of mobs hitting you, on top of that time gating rep to waste our time is incredibly frustrating. This chore must end!

Not defending their system, also hate time gating ( to some point) but it realy aint that bad, i had first part, took break, and came like month ago or so, at first it was same like with you, but after all… It takes like 1 hour daily, for few days, go ti nazjatar, do “campaing” and 3 ally daily quest, if u feel like complete wq u got on way to them, dont need to do every single one of wq daily. For rustbolt ive mostly did only that 1wq there (kill 3 rares/ open 6 chests etc). Doing this will provide you enough rep to do it in like 2 weeks without any need to do this crap and nothing else

U shoud try to grind the mount from Nazjatar paragon box instead, thats when the real grind starts.
Another idea for rep could be that the amount of rep you gain increases by a little bit once you’ve completed the story quests of that zone.

I refuse to do it. Seriously, I’ve been eligible from day one, but I simply refuse to waste my finite time, that I pay for, to do idiotic, boring, BS rubbish. If they can conveniently forget to make something fun, then I’ll conveniently forget to do it. It’s also the reason my subscription is staggered, before anyone says anything. If they CBA to make something fun, then I CBA to bother doing it.

It would be still obnoxious even with that amount of buff. The pathfinder should only have the part 1 of the current pathfinder. Be max level, discover the new areas fully on foot, maybe get honored reputations that can be done in 2 weeks max or even less and then we should get flying. The amount of time we have to wait for part 2 to come out just makes it even worse. To be honest, i enjoy even BfA a lot more since i got flying, it just makes the game better.

Most definitely. The requirements are not even remotely fluid - they just smell like exactly what they are - idiotic “requirements” to get to the good stuff once you pass a time and pay wall. They aren’t even hiding it anymore, and as much as I know what’s going on, I find it particularly distasteful that they’re not even bothering with subterfuge these days…

ikr dude they should make the entire world everything on azeroth just a desert so it’s easier to navigate it makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE that different zones especially one that has been flooded and been underwater for 319531951935913 years to look bad and hard to navigate through everything should be a desert WTF blizzard I don’t understand how you cna FORCE POEPLE TO DO THINGS LIKE THAT AAAAAAAAAAA

mechagon felt alright, easy wq’s & the map was very easy to navigate due to it being so small.
nazjatar was a nightmare, it felt like a multi layer maze at the best of times. the whole & companion lvl up also got old really fast with them just being wq’s that only give you an actual reward after you have done a bunch of them.

At least it gives you access to some essences if you finish it on one character, but I really don’t want to do the rep grind again to unlock them on alt.
Please blizz, make essences account wide!

I said it many times. Rep should go from pathfinder. Make it just story + exploration, and make sure zones actually have a story.
Make every zone like Suramar, with story the main feature and WQs/rep just a second thing, instead of the pathetic failures that were Broken Shore 2.0, Argus, and Nazjatar+Mechagon with almost no story whatsoever and just pure grind.

They will not change it… Because people have to do something to keep sub flowing and not everyone is farming pvp, dungeons or raids.
