which healers have the most dps output in mythic+ ?
What do you think ?
Paladins can easily pull out DPS-like numbers as Holy.
Disc preist, it is how they are designed after all… or maybe druid, pretty easy to keep DoTs up all the time
Resto Druid, Holy Pala then Disc Priest but this is if we are talking top players ofc

Holy pala does more than every other healer atm
it is of course also about how much your group allows you

I’d say Holy paladin and Resto druid.
With Resto druid you can apply DoTs and you can use your damage spells if the group doesn’t require healing.
With Holy paladin you’ve a big damage widow with wings, your damage will be pretty good and in the meantime you can heal (Holy shock crits = faster Holy Light + glimmer of Light on the boss).

because if you are to busy healing you have no time to dps 
On topic resto druid dps is being nerfed in 8.3 and slight trait change.
Indeed, it totally depends on the groups, which is why I linked those good players statistics, the kind of players will avoid damage taken when they can which means the healer is free to actually dps. 
It is not only about good players but also about group composition.
There is a new Dratnos video (yesterday) about predictions for M+ meta. He puts druid, paladin and monk in the A tier, where he points out the monk gets a ton of changes with (spinning crane I though) more dps potential
He also talks about other classes like tanks and on the guardian druid he says he needs healing from second 1. When you need to get glimmers out to do dps, it is pretty hard, or when you have to switch to cat to do dps. Then probable disc or shaman does more damage. (holy priest probably has the shortest straw on dps?).
A couple of months ago there was EU or US, I forgot, Method in MDI, and they were already placed for next round. They went with a fun composition into Shrine with raging. Took a resto shaman (and hunter for removing raging), and the commentation all the time were shocked about the dps it was doing

Holy palla
I mean you think about it flame shock lava lash and procs and lighting bolt /chain lighting depending on gear your right they could dish out some really good numbers.
