today a friend told me about it - and I’ve not heard about it at all - how do you get those? wowhead says nothing how to acquire it? apparently it’s a token to buy tier items of your choosing so… what’s up with that?
You get it from getting either challenger 2(1600 rating) in PvP, keystone master(2k score) from m+ or ahead of the curve from aberrus.

I’m just going to pick for quick access to transmog because eventually you’ll have tier through the catalyst anyways.

well, I’m a “pusher” of stuff so i need to optimize for early character power - i get transmog later 
I took the pvp set item and I notice afther 24 h there was the pve one … OMG BLIZZ
like why put them togheder ? what a waste of gift… so pissed off
most people wait for several weeks of vault.
there is not much reason to trade into a tier if you dont complete the 4pc.
so collect 3 pcs tier first, then change to 4th.
if your 2 pc bonus is super good, well collect at least 1 pc first but it will be a risk to have a duplicate in the next vault. murphy’s law … yo

Sad times, especially since the pve variant is at 3/5 upgrade level and the pvp one is already capped at 434 ilvl.
Noticed it instantly, but no refund window on the item like you get with other stuff that you either loot or just buy from vendors. So i couldnt return it get my mark back and buy the correct item.
Had mine in my bag with the heroic helm and LFR legs, pointless to turn in until it’s my 4 set! Annoyingly / luckily depending how you see it, I’ve got the plate chest from Sark which is amazing!! Just uses a tier slot so my 4set is annoying to obtain personally, whilst the rest my my friends all have it lol
Do i have to kill all raid bosses on hc or just last one to get draconic mark of mastery?
Edit: In theory, and I think it is correct, you only have to kill the last boss of the raid to get curve.
Well i have just kill sarkareth on hc and i didn’t recieve one.
Looking at your character, and if you got Curve on this one, you don’t have KSM nor 1.6k CR, weird.

It’s a diffrent character from the one i am posting with, but i yes i have not got anything but curve on him and i havn’t got one
then you must’ve gotten it for 1600 pvp or 2000 rio - you can only get one per character
i have not done any pvp or dangeons with that alt. It’s a fresh one and ive done the raid with guildies to gear him up. I just didn’t got the mark after killing sarkareth on hc.
