Honestly some T3 are so beyond pathetic that having full T2 bonus instead would be way better.

Use t2 then? Classic is not designed as (more ilvl = always better), sometimes it is better to use previous content gear and its ok, its classic game design
Retri paladin uses 5 pieces T2.

That’s a problem IMO. I am OK when a trinket or a neck from the obsolete raids is BiS, but tier pieces should always be unambiguously better. I hate having to wear crap gear just because of the unique effect it provides
Make the “judgement does not consume your seals” baseline and then we can stop wearing the T2
Or they could makle draconic / core forged T3 sets like the OP asked, that way everyone would be happy 
They should extend it for different sets like the PvP one. Allow everyone to fully gear with the R12-13 in PvP but slap some decent set bonuses instead of the crap 20 stam.
Why? Again, it’s not WOTLK/Cata or later addons with ilvl scaling. It’s classic with more horizontal progression and i think it’s good that different classes have different sets BiS so not all compete for the latest tier

It’s bad game design. Harder content generally should award better loot, it’s a nobrainer. Clearing Naxx normally requires you to be at least BWL-geared. If I am already at least BWL-geared, why would I need loot that is worse than BWL gear? Makes no sense.
the issue is while you can just say, use T2… that works outside of Naxx.
but T2 isnt sancitfied, and trying to push harder modes in Naxx without the sanctified bonus would probably be miserable.
I am 100% up for this, i think it should be in everywhere, SoD is built around customisation of builds, so why funnel you into using 1 tier set when you think it sucks lol
I reckon something super cool, would be if we do go into TBC SoD. Id love to see them adapt Jewel Crafting, to have Slots, that allow you to equip more Tier set bonues like the shoulder enchant.
I think this would be epic, scale up the Hp etc of mobs but let us go wild with multiple set bonuses

Would be really nice. Though at this point I’d be happy if they gave us just plain TBC without having to go through Vanilla again
They could also just allow us to “sanctify” gear.

I think once P8 drops, they should introduce the coreforged system for T2.5 and T3
the tier set bonuses are just too fun to play with, and the T3 paladin being heavily focused on undead damage, outside of Naxx its meh.
Let it be used in Naxx but then allow us to mix up whatever tier set bonuses we wana use, the variation is what makes SoD so fun
