The Vigilant Wings is an elite task force that was forged in the crucible of the conflict on the Dragon Isles during the events of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight dedicated to a singular, unwavering purpose:
The eradication of the Primal Incarnate Iridikron and any allied forces allied with him.
Led by the formidable Winglord Sylvareth, we are a band of skilled warriors, powerful magic wielders and proficient healers drawn from the ranks of the Dracthyr and hired hands from all over Azeroth.
We are not a casual gathering of adventurers, but a force of nature of professional hunters seeking only the most dedicated, most skilled and most ruthless individuals who are willing to face overwhelming odds and make difficult choices in the pursuit of victory.
• Military Structure: We operate with a clear chain of command to emphasize discipline, strategy and teamwork.
• Social RP: Between missions and events, we encourage social RP between members to promote character growth and a 'living world'.
• High Heroic Fantasy: Our guild is focused on high fantasy themes around dragons, the Titans, and the lore of the Worldsoul Saga.
OUR EVENTS & CAMPAIGNS:
• Hunting Iridikron: We'll be doing events tracking down loads, investigating Primalist activity, and engaging with direct confrontations with Iridkron's forces.
• The Harbinger: As one of his allies, we'll be also conducting missions to help undermine the Harbinger and their allies as well!
• Intelligence Gathering: We'll be uncovering secrets, infiltrating enemy groups, and gathering information vital to our mission.
• Elite Training: Between combat, we focus on growing our roster's skills through RP'd exercises, sparring matches and combat scenarios to make them master warriors!
• Forging Alliances: And we'll also be building relationships with various other factions, groups, guilds and individuals who want to help us in our cause.
RECRUITMENT:
The Vigilant Wings is primarily a guild made by dragonkind and composed of dragonkind, so we accept dragons, dragonsworn, dracthyr as well as non-playable races like drakonid, dragonspawn if you can make it work.
However, we also accept members of the Horde and the Alliance who would like to assist our mission and accept all races and all classes. There are some concepts which are inappropriate to our guild, but we go through them on a case-by-case basis.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS Q. What kind of roleplay can I expect in the Vigilant Wings?
A. The Vigilant Wings is focused on high-fantasy roleplay centred around the ongoing story of the Worldsoul Saga by following after Iridikron's escape in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight and giving Xal'atath the Dark Heart to destroy Dalaran. Expect a mix of intense combat events and intelligence gathering missions that're off-set with a focus on social RP between events to promote character development and relationships between members.
Q. What races and classes are accepted?
A. As we mentioned, while Dracthyr from any weyrn are ideal as they directly fit into our draconic lore with our unit, we welcome any race or class so long as they possess the skills relevant to our mission.
Q. Do I have to be a full-blown member to join or help the guild?
A. While we value dedication and commitment and joining, we welcome roleplayers who would enjoy to associate with the guild than join it. Generally, we are looking for players who want to contribute to a compelling narrative and develop their character.
Q. Is the Vigilant Wings a "good" or "evil" aligned guild?
A. We are primarily a good aligned guild that is aligned with the Dragon Aspects and the Valdrakken Accord and the forces fighting to protect Azeroth.
Q. Is there a time commitment with this guild?
A. We understand that real life comes first before your pixel RP character, but we do expect members to be reasonably active and to participate in guild events whenever possible. Basically? Just communicate if you can't come!
Q. What if my character concept doesn't perfectly fit and isn't a Dracthyr or dragonkind?
A. We are open to creative and unique character concepts as long as they align with the overrall theme and goals of the Vigilant Wings. If you have an idea that's a little bit 'outside the box'? Discuss it with us! We're happy to work with you to find a way to make it fit.
