Dracthyr need to do the DF intro to unlock visage, and for the new classes available to them, there’s nothing in particular that directs them to it. If a new player were to make a dracthyr and just pick a different expansion they won’t be able to unlock it at least right away (I don’t know if there’s a fail-safe for this).
