OK here’s an idea: a new BG powerup that allows 1 use of dynamic flight mount, or Soar or Flight Form, with limited 3 Vigor (cannot be replenished)

It could replace the Speed powerup which has become pretty irrelevant over the years and actually serve as a strategic fast travel to a node

Looks like class designers are exploring a new mobility PvP talent for Evokers (not released yet, it only appears in datamining)
