Dracthyr visage form presentation updates?

It kinda annoys me, but blizzard.. can you not make it such that my character selection screen shows my character in the form they log off in? Like it does my armor? Also on my forum avatar

or alternatively/additionally if i have chosen Identity selected it shows my VISAGE form instead of my Draconic form on character selection screen and on the forum avatar?

I would really like this UI have several Dracthyr characters, and some I really prefer my draconic form t o show on my screen, but in others i really prefer my visage form because i designed it better and like it more.

I want the freedom to choose my identity and see myself in the form I really am.

Also it would REALLY be cool if my druid characters could cycle through their shapeshift forms in character selection - whether camp mode or normal. and i can press a button to cycle rapidly through which form, hold a form i want

This is probably the most trivial and unimportant request I’ve ever read and I spend so much time on these forums than two of my current wives have filed for divorce over it.

I’m pretty sure I’ve read in an interview somewhere at some point that specifically showing Visage forms on the warband log in screen is a request they are aware of and are working on. I really wish random interviews like that were compiled in one place.
Anyway it’s something I’d like myself.

Agreed, s i wish they would do things like allow classes also with transfomration skills to do so also. THis is my bucket list.

End of the day, when you die and are ghost, your Character selection is a ghost, I don’t think it shoudl be that hard to fiix races or classes with forms to operate silmilarly, I can understand if you wanted to go one step further though and allow you to switch apeparnace on the screen, nowt hat would require some work.

  1. Dracthy visage/draconic form option at Character selection or log out keeps the form you are in.
  2. Same for worgen alternating between human and worgen form
  3. Druid haracters would switch between their forms, but you can click on the icon of one to keep it there, click again andt he rotation continues.
  4. DHs would occasssionally glide around the camp site and shapeshift into their two demon forms
  5. Shaman will occassionally ghostwolf and Elemental form swap

Add an “action” button to the campsite and your characters can AI spar each other displaying abilities

Go one step further and allow you to actually control one of them - but i think that would be too complex for Character selection screen hehe.

So? most of the things in the game are trivial and “unimportant”, yet together they build to make the experience here so braod reaching and entertaining.

My motto , nothing is too small or unimportant if it makes sense and is a good thing to do.. besides it’s the small things that build to make the large things.

You say that but there is clearly some hurdle other than time.

Wouldn’t mind the option for worgen, too, but dracthyr’s crippled transmog options really do highlight how welcome a feature this would be.
