All the other races have them, or at least kinda do…
These 2 are the last ones left, and it would be kinda sad if they never get their’s.
I just hope that Heritage Armor wasn’t just a BfA thing.

What would the human heritage armor even look like, majority of armors in the game already look super human-like

i have a toy from vanilla which turns me into a darkspear troll for 30 mins
i think it was part of the very old and probably forgotten … leper gnome event think it was related to gnomeregan… cant really remember though.
Every faction specific set is a Human/Orc Heritage Armor, especially Arathi Warfront.
Every MoP set is basically Pandaren Heritage Armor.

Every bfa set is kul tiran or zandalari. Yet they got a specific heritage armor. 
Orcs is just the first Warfront set, lets be real.
Sure it’s now a huge pain to obtain, but looks wise it’s perfect.
Same with Undead and the 2nd Warfront.
Troll is the last core Horde race to be forgotten.

I want both Draenei and Night elf armor. 
They don’t count as they’re not unique to their race
You’d think with all this free time Blizzard has they could squeeze out some armors… 
But yeah, I do hope that we’ll get them soon for all the missing races and also some heritage weapons.
If that’s your (poorly constructed) argument then Draenei have two sets of heritage armour
