When I try to learn the following schematics I get this message “The spell is not available to you” and can’t learn them:
After checking a wowhead comment on a finished item:
It appears that many of these have become low value, vendor trash with the release of the pre-patch as intended. The other remainder is meant to be “deprecated”.
You may submit a bug report to also have the schematics removed as this seems to be an oversight.

These specific Schematics/items have been deprecated with the pre patch and should be no longer available. This is the reason why you receive the error message when attempting to learn them. It is currently intended that you cannot learn them.
If you can still purchase these in game, then this would likely be a bug. Should that be the case, please submit a bug report so it can be looked into.
