Draenor Loremaster can go to hell

I was so happy that FINALLY I completed the quest chapter achievements for all Draenor zones, so I can get Loremaster which was basically all I needed to fly…

But no. Because it turns out that, unlike every other Loremaster achievement, this one, this only one is faction specific. This is utter BS. It is especially painful, because upon checking, the quests are exactly the same for both alliance and horde for Nagrand, the one I did on my horde character (the rest was on alliance).

Just why? I wish there was some kind of heads up, like if the achievements are all different for the alliance and horde, for God’s sake, why call them the same thing like “Nagrandeur”? At the very least, they should be “Nagrandeur (Alliance)” and “Nagrandeur (Horde)” or something to differentiate them.

It is totally misleading that the loremaster achievement says I need to complete, Nagrandeur for example, I complete it, but it doesn’t count. Why does it have to work differently from all other expansions? I don’t know what to even say, but I am super pissed right now.

Legend says that Mighty Queen Sylvanas was reading utter nonsense nelf forum whining posts like that in here and then she decided to burn down the tree…

Beware nelfs… She will burn the other one as well if you dont get serious.

You should try the Outland loremaster. It now requires you to actually complete the reputation questlines of Ogri’la and Netherwing. While Netherwing is just something you probably want to do anyway, the Ogri’la require the stupid minigame.

They should simply enable flight… WoD content is the No.1 reason I hate leveling new characters. I never played WoD (started WoW in Legion) and I don’t have the time to spend a week in 4 year old content, just to unlock flying.

I did Outland Loremaster, but it only requires the starting quests. Thankfully, maxing out the reputation is not required.

That said, the Ogri’la quests were still terrible, and probably the worst part of the whole Burning Crusade.

Fangrila and Ogrila was brothers but got separated in 2 expansion. Both reps are very fun

Is this a recent change? I managed to get Draenor Loremaster for my account by completing different parts on Horde and Alliance. I completed Shadowmoon Valley and Spires of Arak on my Alliance character (Gennia Kul Tiras) and I completed Gorgrond, Nagrand and Talador on my Horde character (Kelya Thunderhorn).

I didn’t even complete Frostfire Ridge on Kelya but did it on this character and apparently Gorgrond too but definitely not Arak.

If this is a recent change then it is unfair as it shouldn’t matter if you did all the zone quests on one faction, as it is an account wide achievement. Not only that but it demonstrates you have experienced the content which was the whole point of Pathfinder in the first place.
