Hello, I’m a new player and don’t want to sound like a noob but Draenor quest map does not show those blue location circles that show exactly where different parts of the quest are located and also the quest panel on the right does not have those nice points to click to define or change the sequencing of quests. I disabled all add-ons but still nothing. So is that normal like advanced gameplay or a bug?

I have never noticed anything different about Draenor quest markers, and I’ve levelled a dozen or so characters through it.
But the location circles are yellow? and the basic quest panel does not allow for resequencing - only Track, Abandon, or Share?
Were you using an addon that did those for you, and have disabled it?

As Gráinne suggests, an addon you use or have used in the past may have turned the normal quest tracking off for you. Thankfully, it should be easy to reactivate. You’re looking for the option to “Track Quest POIs”, under the Magnifying Glass icon on your minimap to enable it on there, and for your big World Map it’s the same icon but the option is called “Quest Objectives”.
The other questlog features you mention don’t sound familar to me either, and that doesn’t sound like it’s part of the default game interface. You can give our UI and Macro forums a go to see if anyone recognise where that functionality came from.
