I just got my colleter edition brand new not opened from blizzard . When I Redeem the code it says your about to redeem the Dragonflight pick account, so I pick the account I want, then it says ops something went wrong
Is usually the error you get when trying to claim Invalid or expired codes.
Did you accidentally buy an NA code and trying to apply it on an EU account? Or the otherway around.
Opening a ticket should be your best approach.
I concur with Kiyouraah, Morj - please send a ticket providing your Dragonflight Collector’s CD key (Make sure to not post it here!) and one of our agents will be glad to take care of everything for you ASAP.
