Hello,
I’ve got a very strange issue, which seems to be with all characters. My Dragon Isle Quests aren’t showing. I’ve turned on warband completed, low level quests etc… both mini map and main map and nothing. It seems to only be with Dragon Isles.
I hve also tried repairing my game, disabling all addons, deleting cache/wtf etc to no arrival. Any ideas?
That is very odd.
Your title sais “side quests”, which I take to mean non-campaign quests, but the body just says “quests”. Just checking; I think you mean you are not seeing any quests at all?
Do you see, and can you complete, World Quests there?
If I look at your posting character Ilyeana-Moonglade on the Wowhead Quest Tracker and go to Dragonflight-Waking Shores I see
that you have done many of the first quests in Waking Shores.
There is a very out of the way quest
that I see you haven’t done, and that I don’t think has prerequisites. If you actually go up to Earthcaller Yevaa and speak to her, does she give you the quest?
I mean non-campaign quests, yes. I can complete and see World Quests, however, if I try using the map to remove them, they don’t.
The alt in particular is a level 45 who has never been to Dragon Isles before 
I’ve done the intro campaign quests to Dragon Isles.
What is the alt’s name and realm?
Has it done the intro quests in Stormwind to sail to Waking Shores?
What is the first quest in the series it can’t get?
It’s this one, done the Intro quests and sailed. It does seem to be all alts too, I have ran two more through the intro quests and other characters who definitely haven’t done all side quests can’t see them either.
Also, it’s noit that I can’t get quests. I cannot see them on the map, so essentially despite doing these quests many times, I’d be running around like a headless chicken

As a temporary fix/test, can you try installing the addon BTWQuests, see what happens?
It’s installed, I’ve tried loading the game with and without and all other addons. I’m just starting to move my game file over to another hard drive so I can do a clean install to see if that fixes it…
In your Tracking Menu, are the following ticked:
Also, when you have your full Map open, click on the map filter button, and verify that show quest objectives or quest markers are enabled,
Check that Automatic Quest Tracking is turned on in Interface > Display settings
Also, try Disabling All Addons, and log in with everything disabled.
I’ve done everything now, even a reinstall in the game they aren’t showing up on the map. One non story quest is showing up on my map (they all show on mini map, just not full map), and the only thing I can think of at this point is that there’s a bug with my account which is preventing me from seeing them…

after doing it, you can if recessary reverse it.
I’ve done that too. However I have thought maybe trying a fresh Edit Mode profile… I’ll try that…
Bizarrely, I have the opposite problem on another alt I just tried, her quests won’t hide!
If a UI Reset doesn’t solve it, I’m out of ideas. Sorry.
I looked again, and found a Blizzard article I had missed, but it covers only the Tracking Minimap settings and the Zone Map Filter

I feel you really have to be missing something, or thinking you have done something you haven’t, but I have no suggestions.
At this point, I can only suggest a SupportTicket, BUT BE SURE to include in your Ticket all the things you have already tried, because otherwise the GM will just give you the canned answers.
