Its been 7 days after i claimed my dragon kite from twitch drops, but it still haven’t appeared in any inventory of my characters, neither the pet collection, neither mail. Help would be appreciated. And yes i was connected during that time, i also tried from a different browser. I changed password and reconnected my account again to twitch. Still nothing.

Some people are getting them after a week or so.
Reassuring, hopefully it does appear. I hope it does because if it doesn’t it gonna be a shame if it happens the same with the fel drake.
