Why does our 3m CD as frost hit for the same damage as an ob crit?
Are they buffing frost or what? its pretty pathetic

Because for some reason even in this meta it deals for %33 of pve damage in pvp combat. (Since legion it deals reduced damage)
Only time it is usefull is with stun legendary for chillstreak or aoe setups otherwise pretty underwhelming ability.

Sooo bad… i mean wtf currently 200 ilevel frost dk it does 10k per cast… 10k is 1 ob crit lol how on earth is this allowed to go past release?

Oh you meant pve wise, i think 10k instant cast is fair since it is aoe and can crit.
So you think a 3m cd for 10k is fine because it can crit and its aoe? Are you for real? Hb does more when it crits and its aoe
because there is a legendary wich makes this ability a hard CC with reduced cooldown. thats the reason

I am always sad, angered and get more deppressed anytime someone new comes and asks this because they have no idea what kindof bullcrap the frost dk has to deal with when it comes to pvp only nerfs, 50% and maybe more of our kit is reduced and/or changed in PvP only, and we are a one trick chill streak meme pony in the single activity where we can enable a melee setup in 3’s.
truth is no one plays frost, no one cares about frost no one KNOWS how broken and handwavey our entire design is in both PvE and PvP, infact people are completely oblivious to the PAIN we live under and has been in the majority of the time since the rework in Legion, we have no big real breaktrhoguh influencer to show just how dire and overlooked this class is because i can bet my beard that if Arms warrior where put in this state over the period of 4-5 years riots and public apologies would be had, but not for us, because no one knows, no one cares, good riddance DKS are op nerf more

frost has build up damage while other classes can do burst in 1 second droping burst bombs, i dont know why should anyone play serious pvp as dk anyway. pve is fine tho
I got a 36k hit with it earlier i used my mastery trinket, deaths due ,pof last 2 seconds and a str potion
Remove Chill Streak and undo the nerf to Cold Heart, Frostwyrm’s Fury and Death Strike.
That’s all it would take to fix Frost in PvP.
Actually Volkovitch already have answer to only mongo tunel build. Fae covenant, PvE legy on Obliterate and max mastery.
For added insult the most “influential” DK community that I will not mention is full of “Frost is fine” blizzard bottom lickers who are afraid that frost might be changed from 1 button spec.
Therefore they are happy with the spec being low to mid performer as long as blizzard doest make them to press more than 1 button.
Why I call it 1 button spec? Because during BoS if you press anything else than obli you are literally loosing potential DPS. In a good scenario where you dont get raid mechanic immediately its possible to have ~40s long BoS(using koltiras favor) however during that time if you press anything else than obli, you can literally F up your BoS duration. You can use rime proc only when waiting for runes to recharge or if you are >70 RP(which is usually first 10s or so)
You cant even re-apply remorseless winter or use chains of ice during BoS because if you do, you are cutting BoS duration immediately.
So as long as blizzard will enjoy their bottoms licked they will keep thinking Frost is in ok state.

So going off this thread frost is screwed due to pvp? God i hate pvp… its not even pvp its literally over in a few mins

Frost in pve is just destroyed by everything… im being poopee on by literally every other class.
Warrior bs is half the cd and way better than our 3m dragon… wtf?
Frost is screwed because it’s build around BoS which is for PvE.
