Actually…
Alexstrasza is the Aspect of the only dragonflight that we didn’t have to forcefully infuse common sense into yet.

None of them are Aspects anymore, and given how the red dragonflight treated Nyxondra, I’m not too fond of them and their tactics.

Still overcame every issue they faced and besides, undoing a major point of the evolution of the main characters of a story is bad storytelling. I know you’ll disagree, that’s your right, but this debate already bores me.

Debatable. They’re actually making it worse and worse as far as I can see.

It doesn’t need to be a debate. We disagree. That’s fine.

Please share your amazing statistics. Make it good please. My neck can’t take much more cringe from these forums

Yeah it’s going swell. So far we’ve only managed to, in order of severity:

  1. Break the timeline multiple times
  2. Unleashed two old gods
  3. Get Azeroth stabbed by a giant sword
  4. Nearly destroyed the planet on our own
  5. Opened a portal to the most corrupted planet in the universe
  6. Nearly caused the enslavement of every single mortal creature in the universe
  7. And, finally, unleashed the Vulpera

While we may be cleaning up our mess afterwards, idk I don’t think we’re the best caretakers ever gotta say.

The cinematic is good, however I think it fails to capture the adventurous spirit Blizzard has said they want Dragonflight to be about.

I think the cinematic focuses too much on backstory and showing us characters I personally hardly even identify with WoW, like Stone Guy - whose name we should have learnt if the cinematic focuses so much around him.

I would’ve made it more about the Horde and Alliance discovering the Dragon Isles at the same time, you have some parallel scenes of a Horde and Alliance messengers running towards their respective leaders to tell them about it, then more scenes like this of both factions getting ready for adventure, getting on the ships and setting sail. Nearing the Dragon Isles you see the Alliance leaders and the Horde ones giving each other daring smiles, and it’s all fun. The dragons are shown at some point and then logo.

probably the choice would be too similar to the pandaria plot. Dont you hear ppl screaming “reeeeeeeeeee Pandaria 2.0”.
In this way we never know anything about what we expect… until the first datamine

But the Pandaria cinematic is my favorite one. :face_with_thermometer:

As if the Infinite Dragonflight and the Bronze Dragonflight traitors were not capable of that. If you’re talking about WoD, this whole thing happened because of Wrathion and Kairozdormu and both of them are dragons.

Killed one and put the other one back to sleep. C’thun could control dragons, it’s thanks to mortals that he was defeated.

Blame the Titans for not stopping Sargeras quickly enough. Also, the return of the Legion was provoked by Wrathion and Kairozdormu when they went back in time in the previous expansion. Without this failed attempt, Archimonde couldn’t have sent the Gul’dan from this timeline to the one we came from.

Ultimately saved it.

If you’re talking about the first three times the portal opened, the Aspects were still around and had their powers. Still didn’t prevent it. As for that time in WoD, like I said, this whole ordeal was caused by two dragons.

Stop envying them for being cuter than pandas (though you guys are adorable when you sleep).

Neither are the dragon Aspects. We don’t need them back.

It is OKish…

Methinks we’re getting a sense of the extraordinarily compelling and not at all boring gameplay to come :eyes: they’re rushing it and I’m not expecting great things.

It was decent. I liked it - not as much as others, but it wasn’t bad.

The only part that I didn’t like was “10,000 years ago…” I thought “Oh not again! I get it, we get it, the Sundering happened!” Was happy when it wasn’t something surrounding the Highborne/Naga.

Murozond is at the end of time? When is the end of time but when we travel to this strange point in time? The infinite dragonflight is not destroying the normal timeline but rather creating alternate realities which was dangerous because of the burning legion (nether transcends timelines - destroy one Azeroth from the nether and they all die)

The regular bronze dragonflight is cleaning the vast majority of it up before anything actually happens and they will continue to do so until the end of time which, again, is unspecified.

Still unleashed them. That was pretty stupid.

We were hidden from all this, and let’s not forget that Gul’dan is a mortal.

Again and again and again and again. Sooner or later all the countless wars is going to destroy the world.

No, I’m talking about Argus.

xD

MOP was the best expansion in my opinion.

I liked it. I was struck by the awakening of the titan-forged and felt goosebumps to see that those whom the passage of time has not treated well, will never awaken again.

I wonder if their souls are in SL.

Conclusion : Most people hate this cinematic or do not care about it. There are a few people who claim that it is a good one, unfortunate but can’t be helped.

Score of this cinematic is normally 2/10 but I will be generous and rate it 2.5/10.
