The only thing i really do not like is initiative requiring the use of vengeful retreat, but i just don’t like momentum in general personally, but there are other builds.
I really like instead that you can use demon blades and have virtually 100 % uptime on the rotation.
No one really likes spamming a filler like demon bite. Hopefully they keep it like that. The only “problem” is that without any downtime on demon blades, there is no point using demon bites, but i am fine with that, in fact i like it. It’s just a point that if they wanna make bite competitive, they will have to give it some more damage or something.
Yeah, better remove the resource gainer and make the spec resource starvin like it was back in Legion. That way you can even go make some coffee while waiting for some resource to pile up so you can hit a button.
Nownyou just sit there and watch your toon animation till there’s enough fury to hit something - really cool !
There’s literally no point of extending Eye beam duration when half the time you are in Demon form you don’t have resources to spend and just sit there watching auto attack animations.
Last time it felt that bad was somewhere arond Legion.
I did a couple of keys as havoc earlier with a Demon Blades build. There was no downtime, and it was so fast-paced that I had to switch to something chill to relax after I’d done two.
Yea i have no idea what the hell this dude is talking about.
I have virtually 0 downtime, even with demon blades.
I personally really like havoc at the moment.
Although the nerf was weird, it’s not a big nerf, but they did nerf single target and my question is, why? It literally makes as much sense as the marksmanship aimed shot nerf. So it makes 0 sense in short, instead they buffed inner demon, which is more of an aoe buff when havoc already did good on that part.
Iv’e been thinking about the last patch notes in the last few days, and the more i think about them, the more i think that they were overall not good. Enhancement annihilated, weird nerfs that were not needed, there was some good at least i guess.
Havoc damage still comes from sinful brand to a large degree, remove that and it’s over, sinful brand does like 25% of the single target damage.
After more testing, i could get to about 40/45k st damage on havoc, so it seems that the loss of sinful will not put this spec into low tier single target.
So yea, the damage is good, the nerf was unnecessary , but dh still does good damage.
