So, where is our Crystalline Swords and Thronebreaker ? Bring it back!!!

Cold-Blooded Rage is TOOOOOOO weak pre Last tier talent. It’s worsest azerite trait from BFA.Just replace it with something else.
Icecap/Obliteration is too weak for last tier talents. Move it higher tier.
Frozen Pulse is TOO weak with 4.815% ap damage. Want more aa damage. So, change damage to 20% ap with no rune requariment.
Icy Talons (from base talent tree) 6% stack with 18% at 3 stack only attack speed for 3 stage talent is TOOOOO weak. If it non haste and only attack speed it should be 20% per stack or even bigger. *looks sadly to the side of Lich King Improved Icy Talons.
