Dragonflight is going to kill wow because the new developers are incompetent

Nono dont get me wrong, i even ask myself why you ARE EVEN PLAYING THE GAME IF YOU HATE IT SO MUCH first off DF is certainly no BFA - SL, secondly df profession system is grindy but also nice then sl bs, the campaign is fun, the dungeons outside of vault nice. The new class i’ll admit is boring but somehow i’ll like it. The dragonriding is fun. The cistumazations of the drake a welcomming change tbh. So not a clone of BFA OR SL.

It’s perfectly possible to like some aspects of the game, while disliking other ones. Probably a bit early to tell whether it’s gonna fail or not, because the bar after Shadowlands is extraordinarily low, in about every single aspect of the game. Granted they fixed some of the most glaring SL nonsense, in the last few patches, but for issues people saw coming from pre-alpha it was too little too late.

WotLKC gave me a new appreciation for the tech they use under the hood to make the game feel populated. Because without those sub-raid non-daily quest content can be a rough.

Where did I said I hated it ? Do you even read what others post before replying?

I never stated i hate it and i never said I played it , I said it look like a rushed and bugged product and that the talents, new race and content looked like it was done by an apprentice and another grinding wheel that it was not convicing for me.

Try again after reading and quit the caps thank you.

Dunno, I can only speak from personal experience, but my friends are all coming back for Dragonflight, and not only that, they have brought new friends that are enjoying the game as well. Both them and me are super excited about Dragonflight and are see big positive changes being made. If you don’t like it, don’t play it and vote with your wallet. Personally it’s the first time in a while that I don’t mind spending money on a Blizzard product, even buying collectors editions and what not, even though I have the gold to not have to spend money.

Me and my friends have been memeing that we are worried, because Blizz has been making too many positive changes, and that’s not like the Blizz we are used to.

I love the changes, I’ve levelled a few classes now and played with all trees and I have got to say the improvements compared to SL are HUGE and the classes are now actually fun to play.

Also don’t pretend like classic is the pinnacle of balance when there’s been dead specs in vanilla, TBC and LK. Granted the content is such pushover that it was cleared in 1 hour but I bet you that didn’t stop anyone from not inviting anything but FOTM classes in LFG

My point here is bad balance isn’t new or due to the new trees or whatever. SL season 3 and 4 had 3 specs outperforming the rest by 30%.

It’s not the complexity it’s just that blizzard devs are really bad at balancing, and always have been

that was because there Tier sets where too powerfull wait untill Destruction has there Full Talent build for M+ they will be kings again.

paladin
whining about class design

Warcraft never changes. Dibs on Any BoEs in your bank. Also, you may wanna check out prot warrior before you give up on DF. They are fun af now

Can’t kill what is already dead, mate. World of Warcraft died somewhere between 2012-2015. What we have left is Activision Online, and it is not the same game at all that WoW was.

DF is just the latest expansion of Activision Online, and its talent trees actually remind more of WoW than the few recent expansions.

Besides, the reason the game was so stale and dull is precisely because the devs were afraid to throw even one spanner into the works. The idea of balance trumped everything, even fun. Despite the fact that the game wasn’t ever balanced even with their efforts.

Now that might change, yes. But I’d gladly sacrifice the ‘balance’ we’ve had for a more fun gameplay.

Is that still a thing? Good grief…

Dragonfart’s story seems meh to me.

I will take “meh” over “I WILL NEVER SERVE!” any day though.

Thank you

For a long time, i finally feel like the game is going to right direction. So much added and so much made to feel fun.

Only complaint i still have, is that Paladins are still auto attacking while i fetch more coffee waiting to some button to push and minimap cant be made bigger. Oh and naturally transmog is still too limited but its going to right direction too so im fine right now

If the Dragon Isles is the last land to explore in Azeroth, then probably it will happen

But Thal´dranath must be raised again or just underwater because during WC2 Gul´dan raised Thal´dranath

so it will ever be possible (Tell me if I am wrong or not)
