What is the likely price going to be when properly released for (a) new players with no WoW accounts and (b) for existing players with Shadowlands already?
A: The same it is now + 30 Euro’s, subscription provides you with everything xept SL.

For a starter account (new players), today, SL is £35 and DF is £40 – total £75
But I am wondering, when DF is released, will it still sell for £75 to new players? Or will it sell for £35-40 including SL and all previous expansions?
It will at start.
Midway the xpack SL MIGHT be included in the subscription to boost the player numbers.
But at launch and the months afterwards it will deffffff be full price.
That is most likely not true, SL should be included with the subscription since the release of Dragonflight or even with the release of pre-patch, because it was like that with SL pre-patch and BFA.
SL will likely be added to the base game at the beginning of DF like BFA was with SL.
However, no one can say 100% what they intend to do.
My advice is to wait until DF launches at this point as I have a feeling it’s going to be end of November so it isn’t that far away and if you have no real interest in playing SL there is no point paying for it.
There is also the possibility that SL will have a sale soonish with their annual black Friday sales.
They did just give it away to people who hadn’t bought it yet as well.
Subscription included all non current content, So when DF releases SL will be free with sub.
Some 3rd party websites usually offer cheaper prices closing to launch. Keep an eye out for it.
