For reference they added the vendor placed a rating requirement (1800 on said season) but you can only purchase what you alredy got…

Yeah, it doesn’t make sense.
You already got them automatically when you reached 1800 rating.

Sone people claim its a bandage/patchwork fix to a bug,since some people achieved the rank but didnt get the rewards…
It honestly makes no sense.

The only other reason could be that people want to have the cosmetic name from season 3/4 (Verdant Gladiator in S3 and Draconic Gladiator in S4) but season 1 and 2 sets had only one name so i do not know if they intended to let people purchase elite sets for other classes but messed up the menu as setting it to “all classes” still does not show sets for other characters and the achievement is character bound and not warband-wide.
