Dragonflight PvP gearing hot take

And round and round it goes.

You have literally linked me saying that the template system contributed to frequent tuning. Thanks, I guess?

I literally linked to you saying it’s because there isn’t a template system now that they aren’t doing it as often now, which is you literally indirectly saying it’s because there were templates back then that they did it so often, which is you implying it’s what somehow enables it to be done that often.

Looks like Hollowinside was right about that copium stuff that you’re sniffing. Jesus F.

You’re welcome.

Which you have just agreed with:

It’s a reason they did it so often, which you have also agreed with:

You’re welcome.

No, I said it’s why they choose to. It’s what I’ve said from the start. But I’ve also said that they can choose to do it as often or even more often now, but they aren’t choosing to.

In case you didn’t get it from that, it means it’s still ultimately irrelevant to how often they do it.

Sounds a lot like the speculating that you’ve just referred to as asinine.

To a certain degree, sure. Except I don’t need to speculate about those specifics. It’s simple enough to infer from what they’ve done, look at their patch notes in SL and see the changes they’ve done, they can do that for anything, any class and any ability, even specifically tune it for PvE or for PvP.

In a certain way you can say that speculates about their work, since they’re choosing not to do it, but as mentioned already that’s a trade secret of theirs why they’re handling it the way they’re doing it.

You not understanding that says a lot about you though. Nothing good.

Oh right, a simpler way to put it is that you seem to lack the understanding of how it looks like to be on the admin side of a server. Which I guess is to be expected of a person who can’t even figure out how to use a forum.

Some of us like to play alts and most would probably like to gear those without having to get stomped in BGs by people that have twice your healthpool for hours upon hours

Less time spent on gear progression leaves more time to actually have fun in pvp (fair fun i might add not running into bgs and oneshottlng freshly dinged 60s that can’t fight back)

It’s also simple enough to infer from what they haven’t done since there are so many active systems in PvP that they don’t know where to start.

At the end of the day, I have not once said that stat templates cause more frequent tuning, I said it contributes to it. I don’t give a flying toss what you think I ‘indirectly said’ when the majority of people know I am extremely direct and very literal with what I say, so that is simply you clutching at straws and trying to find ways to say that I’m saying things that I am not.

You have agreed with me that stat templates contribute to more frequent tuning, even as far to the extent that if they were live in Shadowlands we would see more tuning than we already have.

I think that it just kills you to accept that you’re wrong or actually agree with me on something, both are adorable nonetheless.

Like when they covered up their ‘mistakes’ by blaming the low mmr on a ‘non existent bug’ which you determined yourself didn’t exist after playing to a rather impressive 1400 rating in 3s and 1600 in 2s!

You underestimate me buddy! I worked it out! Welcome to the ‘VERY special VIP club’ with Brodanyo and Draegor. I hope you enjoy your stay there as much as I enjoy living in your head rent free xxx

You assuming they have no set protocol for how to balance their own game, to not leave nothing to chance and to not have it part of their regular meetings, is baffling. But of course it makes sense to the simpleton since it removes any and all things you’d understand if you knew anything about it.

Congratulations. Want a cookie? I guess it’s a big deal to accomplish something like that as a technophobe.

Again: No, Blizzard just decided to invest more on it.

If I accept a bet which includes me purposefully dropping an apple on the floor and then imitating a chicken for the (laughs of it), you cannot argue that my chicken imitation was the causation of me purposefully dropping the afore-mentioned apple. Because it is irrational. Logic does not work like that.

Look man, you either can understand this, or you cannot. Else, we might just as well agree to disagree, as I’m telling you this for the THIRD TIME.

???

The color of the sky is different to the rotation of the moons of Jupiter.

Yes.

Agree to disagree, but I know I’m right, and even Beware has agreed with me, that thing is just arguing for the sake of it

Pvp templates contributed to more frequent class tuning, and by yours and the conspiracy theorists’ own admissions, because it was easier for them to tune classes when all they had to look at was artifact powers, abilities and stat weights. You can accept this or you cannot.

Ultimately I’m not entirely sure why I’m giving so much attention to a person who said that in Legion a 0.1% stat increase from each ilvl would be a ‘clear advantage’ and who thought legendaries were active in instanced PvP. I mean, if you can’t even remember fundamental facts of how gear was back then, I certainly don’t trust any judgment you make on its systems.

Have a nice day, and thanks for letting me smash both of you x

:fireworks:  :fireworks:

No. You cannot understand it, but it’s fine.

The amount of coping that’s coming from you, I swear, is literally unparalleled.
You are not even cope-maxxing anymore. At this point, you are basically min-maxing the art of complete cope-maxxing to the fullest ability. :upside_down_face: Whatever floats your boat.

Can you please quote me DIRECTLY on this thing which you’ve claimed I said?

Oh boi, here’s where it gets spicy! How dare I not insist on something about which I am not sure, admit it, ask my friends to get better informed about it, and then even admit that I am not sure?! Preposterous! What am I going to do now?

But my friends corrected me on it, so now I know. Whether or not you trust what I say is up to you entirely. Simply put, I really don’t care.

It’s night by now to be fair, but alright, have a good one!

Are you familiar with that Sean O’Pry meme gif where he dances to really loud music, and there is an “intense” message in the middle of it? That’s what I’d post here, if it wasn’t banable. x’DDD

In simpler words: Keep coping, son. Keep coping.

Or cope-maxxing. Or… cope-min-maxxing? Or whatever it is you’re doing. You don’t seem to have a lot of other options.

xoxo

Post 61: ‘there were still clear advantages over people who didn’t spend as much time’ - in response to my comment that there was a 1% stat increase per 10 item levels.

Enjoy you senile old man.

P.s. you did insist on legendaries working, it wasn’t until I educated you that you changed your tone.

Which was referring to Artifact Weapons.

Enjoy your descent into madness!

P.S. Keep coping.

Nope. You quoted and responded to a paragraph where I stated it was a 1% stat increase per 10 item levels, only after that did you use artifact weapons as an example.

P.s. keep queuing double Ret paladin and feeding me free cr xx

Cope.

Last time I queued double Ret was 2 seasons ago, and I had no gear even, because I was returning from a break.

What is your excuse for feeding me free wins last season while playing SP/Demo/Priest when you queued into my Ret/SP???

Don’t worry. In my heart, you are always going to be the undisputed Rank 1 Copemaxxing Gladiator! <3

Senile old man can’t respond to facts so can only say ‘cope’.

Free wins? Last time I checked ‘wins’ is a plural, and you only won 1 (singular) after the Demo Lock trolled, then you lost instantly the next game. Cope, old man.

Could be worse! I could be running out of factual arguments on the forums, and then actually desperately needing to resort to beating someone 2 seasons ago, when they were undergeared, playing a nieche comp!

I beat you AT LEAST twice, probably more than that, and it wasn’t just because of your Demo. But still, keep coping.

And then I beat you again.

Not that any of this matters, but I guess I’m having fun at your expense at this point. xd

Cope.

And now you’ve lost even more credibility than the tiniest amount you had since you now want to spew lies. You won once, and only once. I’ve played you 3 times, once as double Ret and twice as sp Ret, and I won twice. The senility is worse than I thought!

Hey at least today you learned that legendary powers didn’t work in PvP in Legion, though

Tell me more about its gearing system when you didn’t even know what gear actually worked
