All new characters I create are unable to start Dragonflight.
The starting quest is not available and Wrathion/Ebyssian are missing from the cities. When I enter Dragonflight Chromie Time - The map tells me I need to be lvl 18 to start the expansion in red text (even though it’s supposed to funnel all lvl 10s to DF)
My friend is also having this issue. We’re able to play in other expansions but can’t start Dragonflight at all.
Weirdly enough the only character I have that has been able to enter Dragonflight is a Pandaren I made who was offered the quest by Wrathion as soon as I entered Stormwind. That was the only time.

I have this issue too, and as a just returning player this is a serious game breaking bug. I’ve done the quest on two of my characters, but all my other characters have a ‘go to X area to pick up Y quest further in the campaign’ while also saying ‘Dragonflight 0/5 Chapters’.
How am I supposed to do the campaign like this. Blizzard actively removed “Aspectral invitation” from my characters who’d already picked it up as push quest too. This happened when the Anniversary patch released (with its own push quest).

Yes I’m having the same problem here, I have tried everything I can think of but nothing works. The anniversary quest seems to have bugged it out to not pop up and it’s kinda annoying as all I want to do is play through the dragon flight story
Same issue, made a new character, leveled to 10, talked to chromie to do Dragonflight, quest does not start.
