Simple request: Now that we can transmog legendary items, can the mount effect of this staff be added to the mount list rather than having to equip the actual legendary, use the mount ability, then swap back to your main weapon.

Considering that it is an on use effect, they would have to rewrite a lot of code to allow transmog to interact with on use affects, then disable it for everything bar DTR.
A lot of work for one item that only a fraction of casters are going to use.
It won’t happen.
They could just take the model, add it to the mount menu and when it’s used, it does the exact same thing as a Sandstone drake and morphs the player into the model and grants the X, Y and Z speed that a flying mount has. Provided you’ve unlocked the achievement for creating the legendary.

Then why not just ask for it to be a mount instead? That requires a lot less leg work, still won’t be done, but still.
