Drak´thul and ravencrest chars missing

Hello,

all of my ravencrest characters and most of my Drak´thul characters (only a few really low level characters remained) are completely gone.

I tried every fix i could find on the internet, nothing seemed to work tho…
anyone have the same issue? Any fix?

If you have more than one WOW account, are you sure that you’re logging into the correct one?
