Changed from Venthyr. Calling in Maldraxus is already done (like the rest of first chapter). I cannot start quest Securing the House and At Your Service due to lack of Draka in the seat of the Primus (markers for both quests are visible on the map). She is in front of the seat of the Primus, but hasn’t any dialogue options. Vashj is doubled in the seat and in front of the seat. Cannot continue campagin, cannot get Emeni. I’ve got renovn 6. I got automatic response to ticket, which involved that i already knew and tried and 20 days waiting time for a serious response.
Happened to me as well - already switched back covenant though, but it’s annoying to not being able to play with soulbind nr 2…
I have the same issue…cant continue on my campaign. Hopefully this get fixed soon

We’ve seen other reports of this and it is being looked into already, however if you’ve not already done so, please add to the ongoing investigation by reporting this ingame.
In the meantime it would be advisable to open a ticket requesting assistance

I have the same man, and also my chosen soulbind tree gets deactivated and etc. stuck on renown 7. Loosing time and falling behind because of it
