That is the message i got on every full cinematic(not cutscenes). Before each cinematic the game/screen freezes for like 30 seconds, then skips past the cinematic with a message ‘‘cinematic is not available’’…something along that line, don’t recall exact wording anymore.
Looking through the forums, seems other people have experienced similar issues.
Things like this are quite immersion breaking, and it’s quite annoying

EDIT : it also happened to me at start of shadowlands back in the day meh

if you find the names of cinematics we missed or any youtube vids please keep me updated 
don’t even know what to search for
The first one is the ending cinematic(not sure why its in the beginning of the video), but regardless the video has time stamps on youtube if you want specific cinematics/cutscenes.

Same happened to me - both the intro and Raszgeth cinematics failed to load. Didn’t yet reach the third cinematic. Thought it was addons fault but it seems not
when i made mine last night the game just froze instead 
Yeah I had this a lot too. I feel like I missed a lot and didn’t have a clue what the hell was going on at points.
